Azabu Sabo!!! Japanese Sweets, Eats & Tea...


It being a blue monday... feeling all depressed n stuff like that...
We decided to have a good dinner at Azabu Sabo....
Frankly speaking, I think all the raves abt it was over hyped as the food wasn't really fantastic except for my soup... The taste was really flavoursome...

We had Sabo Style Teriyaki Chicken Bento and Salmon Rice wrapped in seaweed with crabmeat omelette in soup. Finished off with dessert of green tea ice cream with dumplings and red bean paste... The red bean paste was really sweet, i guess its better to eat it together with the dumplings as the dumplings are tasteless.... more like plain tang yuans...

Overall service, quite ok....
Price wise, a bit on the pricey side but still ok....
Will I come back here again, maybe... but for the dessert n hokkaido ice cream... :)

1) Why is it that no matter what colour bubble bath you use, the bubbles are always white?

2) Why do people constantly return to the refrigerator hoping that something new to eat would have materialised?

9) Why are the needy only thought of during the holidays? Aren't they just as needy for the rest of the year?

10) If at first you don't succeed, shouldn't you try doing it like your wife told you to?

Karen's Wedding at Sheraton Towers...


Off to a wedding dinner of my ex-colleague from Holland Branch...
Finally see my group of ex-colleagues after about 1 year....
The bride was so pretty n her dress was so charming, the groom looked happy n handsome... hahah.... guess all couples will feel happiest on their wedding day....

The food was not bad, Ballroom looked grand, ex-colleagues all looked good and prettier...
It was good catching up with them... :)

I watch her get paper cuts n cry for her...
I watch her busy smsing her loved one thru the day...
I watch her counting down to the end of the day...
I watch her pack her bag as she prepares to go home...
She arranges me everyday before she leaves the office...
One day I'm going home with her... *hee hee*

One day I went for lunch, not knowing there was a surprise waiting for me...
Someone was waiting for me, but unfortunately at the wrong entrance....
And I was already having lunch...
Poor someone was waiting for me for lunch for a long time....
But the story ends well as I still got my surprise...
