:: Honjin!!! ::

Yippie... Finally get to eat at Honjin...

It's a lunch ala carte buffet so u just order whatever u want to eat that's on the menu...
Best is that i get to eat my fav fav salmon, lots of it... and plus points is that is really fresh and good... Everything is freshly made upon order so fried foods are still piping hot and crispy...
Ate lots of oishii food.... Range is rather reasonable with stuff that i ate like, Chawanmushi, Shishamo, Sake Sashimi, Handrolls, Ebi Tempura, Kani Tempura, Fried Tofu, Cha Soba, Beef Curry Don, Potato Croquette, Ice Cream n Fruits. There's lots of other stuff that i din eat like the maguro, yellow tail sashimi and the fried Saba, etc....

Its abt $50 per person but now uob having 1 for 1 dining treats.... hee hee....
Happy me.... Honto ni Oishii!!! :)

Went to Gladis's 21st Bdae Celebration at Pasir Ris Park Chalet after work..

Wah... 21... thats seems so long ago for me... ahahah.... Looking at ppl turning 21 reminds me of the time when I just graduated, fresh into the working society and a newbie at my job...

How the time flies and how lots of things change...

Ppl grow...
Ppl change...
Ppl mature...
Ppl get left behind...

:: We're going to the Zoo Zoo Zoo.... 18 march ::

How Bout You You You...


Off to the Zoo at last minutes notice cos my bro was bringing his family to the Zoo and I just found out when I woke up... Quickly called Dyc n asked him if he wanted to go... Jumped up from my bed and was in the Zoo 1 hr later... Amazingly Dyc reached before us in a cab...

Its been ages since I came to the Zoo... Feeling a bit of anticipation... haha...

Sleeping Cat!!! It didn't stir at all and obviously was more interested in its slumber... I saw it again at the Night Safari Show where it was very very much awake...

Orang Utans were too active to take a proper pic... everytime i snapped it turned around n showed me its back...

Huge pelican which was very noisy...




Pengins!!! so so so cute....
The Dugong "sea mermaid/cow" and the sleeping seal....





Big Komodo Dragon... "Beautiful" enormous Iguana and the protected Indian Star Tortise...



Stopped by at Children's world and was there for a long while cos Leon was excited at the Children's pool.... I guess the weather is too hot compared to England and he likes cooling off in the water...

After a hot day of walking around the whole zoo... Its a treat wif Ben n Jerry's ice cream!!!


Back for the Night Safari....

Sat in the tram and boy was there ALOT of ppl at the night safari!!! the queue to take the tram was snaking right to the end.... *scary*
Maybe i'm just "sua ku" cos its my first time here. Hee....
