itz finally 30th Sept

yay.... long awaited end of the month is here...
todae is a rest n relax dae... :)
yesterdae was Delphine's 22nd bdae... and we celebrated it at dbl O yesterdae...
coincidentally it was ladies nite... so its drink all u can again... so yes.. i drank alot too...
had dinner with Irene before going down by cab cos we two shared a chocolate cake for her.
We bought it at this pastry shop beside Jasons supermarket at the basement of Raffles City.
Had quite alot of compliments that the cake was nice... next time can get cake from there for bdaes liaoz... then we stood at the taxi stand.... wait wait wait....
actually can see lots of cabs passing by... and they were empty... but dunno why they don't come into the raffles city taxi stand... and there were alot of ppl waiting anyway... so we decided to call a cab lorz... and it cost 3.20+3.20 cos of the booking....

stubborn hair

my hair is naughty... it can't stay down...
and i've totally lost the parting that the hairdresser combed for me....
at first... it looked fine.. then after i went gym and washed my hair ..... damn....
where's my parting?
worse... i can't remember what it looked like!!!
crap.... crap... crap...
hate my hair... help!!!
everytime after i wash it.... which is like everyday... i struggle with the hair parting n feel stressed.... shitz....
but one good thing... everyone ask me whether i went do rebonding again.... means it looks straight!!! thats the only relief....

fridae off work...

yeah, no work for me todae...
1/2 day off, 1/2 day leave... tomm is sat off too...
well.... i scheduled it like that cos i've got macro 2 test tomm n i havent really started hitting the books yet... so i've got to sacrifice my treasured off day studying like mad... serves me right for not ever doing any consistent work...

so its now noony time... i'm still at my computer...
spent the whole of last night watching dear boys...
slept late... woke up rather late...
how indulgent....
thats not all... ate Mcdonalds big breakfast...
ahhh... thats life....

The staff are really sales driven... keep on pushing savings plan...
even though u don't want it...
I feel like asking them... Oh.... its that good is it? Then do u have one?
A very very high possibility is that they dont...
They don't pamper their customers... They are slow....
They really really take their time...
I went to close my Ac cos apparently if u don't maintain $1K avg bal, they charge u $2 a month..
Not that I din qualify... but... isn't that a little steep?
I'd rather move my funds to my bank... where I get additional Int and I don't even need to maintain any balance at all!

Hair Cut...

yup.... i cut my hair.... FINALLY!!!
the last time i cut my hair was after i coloured it... and that was donkey months ago!
so the ends are outgrown n frizzy n dry... due to me... always blow drying my hair... not conditioning it... not taking good care of it... oh well...
I changed my parting too... as i kind of feel that there's a gap starting to form in my ex-parting...
So now my naughty hair has to be pinned down in order to change the parting permantly...
And guess wat.... I have a so-called double fringe...
Next time u see me u will know wat i mean.... ahhaha....

the weather is cool...
you don't really perspire...
you can enjoy hot coffee or hot chocolate...
feels good to sleep in...
feels good to curl up in bed with a good book...

feels good to watch tv n chill...
also, there aren't many customers... hee....

dislikes...
you can't go out w/o the brolly...
ppl jostle with their brollys and poke u with them...
some ppl get into foul moods cos of the rain...
my feet get wet...
my toes start to freeze...
feel cold n hungry most of the time...
also, I hate getting wet... grr...

work / school

surprisingly.... it was fine...
it wasn't excessively crowded... i din feel totally overworked.. thank goodness for that kind of sat for me... :)
rushed off after work with huifen to JEC.... to buy our new phones...
so now we have identical phones!!
somehow our feelings towards the phones are somewhat similar that i will elaborate at a later time... oh well....
school was dry as usual... since i din eat lunch... i din really feel sleepy... but i felt hungry...
so i was looking forward to dinner.... cos dinner was @ tung lok as we were going to celebrate chien-yii's one mth.... although technically she's not 1 mth old yet...
i was really happy to see red eggs.... i haven't eaten eggs for some time... whahah... so deprived...
chien-yii is a really hungry baby... and she's attention seeking as well... goodness me....
she drinks hell lots of milk... and once there's no more she whines.... when she's sleepy she whines.... if she's left alone for 1 min she wails.... oh no.... whiney baby.... hahaha....
its quite apparent that i do not have a particular liking for babies.... except if they are not noisy...
spent the sat after dinner at my computer... watching anime... hw lazy can sat get....
i love lazing.... i love garfield...

my aching arms

body combat has changed.... it has become slightly harder to catch up with cos they launched bodycombat 21 with new moves, new music.... and poor psychomotorly challenged me has trouble catching up... haha...
arms are kind of aching.... ouch...

we had dinner at lips cafe...
the menu has changed... and my fav bolognese sauce mashed potato is no longer there....
luckily the peachy bitch drink still remains...
after eating such unhealty food.... i think the body combat was really done in vain... kind of counter effect the exercise.... whoops....

went cubic 3 after dinner.... just drink n chill....
was a tad upset that there was so little absolut vanilla left in my bottle....
but what the heck... just drink la....
i like that place....actually i like the sofa.... so comfy.... can sleep.... haha....

free flow of champagne that i dont really like on ladies nite... rather noisy... average music...
nearing towards the wee hrs of the morning... can see lots of broken glasses on the floor... wet floor... litter... hmm....
its the type of place ppl go to watch soccer.... just like harrys or the pubs at boat quay... all same pattern... soccer watching... beer.. expats.. SPG's.... how typical..

spending my pay

actually the payslip was really depressing...
why? because now I know that what i expected was totally wrong... and it's so expected of them to adjust our pay in that way... and that makes it seem kind of unfair actually... sighz... but i should be grateful. I must learn to be grateful. Cos some ppl can't even find jobs or don't even have any job to begin with. So i must be thankful that I am gainfully employed and every month I get my pay on time and I don't have to worry abt expenses.

So me n huifen went shopping... shopping is very very good retail therapy to soothe the disturbed mind and it pampers myself and makes me feel slightly happier in the end.
But the pinkish bag i wanted to buy was like $80 bucks... bummer... better rethink it...

im excited abt my pay silly.... haha....
well... cos tomm i will know how much im actually worth after the pay revision...
it's well overdue... so i'm kinda looking forward to it alot i guess...
and yes... i have saved money...
apparently OCBC is going to charge $2 if u don't maintain $1K... thats rather steep rite...
so i'm contemplating closing the account there... but then its a good way to force myself to save $ cos i cant take it out...
i'm going to get a new digital camera after daddy lost mine... so i'm going to go camera shopping!
and im going to get a camera that i like.... then i can be trigger happy n snap everything that moves!

really tired @ work

been rather burnt out at the office... cos of the current promotions... but its ending tomm... thank goodness.... i feel like a camel.. having to drink water like only at lunch which is at like.... 2++ pm? getting sick of eating lunch n having to think of what to eat everyday... so I bought cheese, salmon spread, kaya, campbellis soup n a loaf of bread... then huifen bought honey baked ham, weijun bought another loaf of bread n margarine... hee.... lunch in everyday seems the norm now... but its rather nice to eat bread for a change... :P maybe i'll start bringing in home cooked food for a while too... cos outside food really alot of msg n once u start working... there isnt really much choice but to eat outside food n sometimes u get really sick of it...

shopping spree

i went shopping yest.... n i bought myself 2 gio dry-tech 3/4 pants for working out cos i downloaded the M coupon from M1 that gets u 30% discount. Also bought 3 tops from Esprit, one was to replace my pink top that got an oil stain on it... and i realise that my new fav colour is pink... cos i really like this pinkish bag thats sold at project shop... yes yes... i have alot of bags... but that one's different!!! heez.... i better start selling my old bags at yahoo auctions before they grow old n mouldy... haha...
finally got my watch a new battery FOC cos the warranty is for 5 years! should start wearing my watches again... was reading cleo on the way home from school on the bus... started getting bus sick the min i opened the mag... haha.... there was a review on whether bioterms abdo choc or the new loreal slimming gel thing was good... so the review in abdo choc was rather good.... 8/10.... its so tempting to buy it.... maybe can use my tangs care card for rebate n use my tangs vouchers too.... which reminds me.... i got to pay my credit card bill!!

feeling tired...

i guess i havent really updated my blog in quite some time...
been rather busy with work n school...
and i get home feeling totally burnt out each day... sigh...
hope they adjust our working hours or days with the implementation of 5 day work week...
and hope they don't come up with more ridiculous promos in the next few weeks...
i really need a break from working like a bee... haha....

weekend is over...

yup... the weekend has passed just like that...
went for a poly class gathering in sat...
met at raffles place and went lao pa sat for dinner and got ambushed by lots of satay sellers the min we arrived at boon tat street (thats where the satay thingy is).
we had seafood n satay for dinner... the fried you tiao n butter sotong was really nice..
then we trooped to 7-11 to get drinks and settled at far east square to chill n chat....
left ard 11+ to go devils bar... where the music was so loud i felt deaf very quickly...
didnt redeem my free drink cos the bar was freaking crowded...
went to eat porridge for supper after that...

p.s i dont like drunk ppl.... or.. rather... drunk ppl who cant take care of themselves... haha....
p.s i'm not against anyone... i just rather that ppl keep within their limits n not make themselves a burden on other ppl...

went trooping off to the doctor this morning after trying desperately to drag my lazy self out of bed.... turned off the alarm clock at least 5 times before i stirred from my bed n dragged my feet to bathe....

went to the doctor at medical suite @ paragon...
apparently they shifted to another level so silly me was looking a bit lost at the new level cos i din see the new unit number... so had to walk ard the entire level looking at each door for the clinic name.... the furniture is pretty much the same... but the place seems smaller now...

downing jd n coke in extreme speed

i don't particularly adore JD n coke... although the first time i ever drank my first countable amt of alcohol... its was JD n coke... prepared by bartender brother Eric... in the comfort of my own home...

ray, rick n me were at cubic 3 to finish the bottle of JD that was leftover from a bdae celebration... so... being it that the driver was ray instead of rick tonite... rick took advantage of the situation n drank like a fish... that's a change from the usual times from when we go out together... and so the fish drank... and forced the cat to drink together too... haha...
first time i ever witnessed rick being intoxicated... that i wont forget...

one thing i don't really like abt JD is the strong woody taste... it reminds me of a piece of furniture with its strong woody taste... and it doesn't really make me intoxicated... cos JD's not my poison... tequilla is... ppl, make me down tequilla and soon i will start to sway from side to side in beat with the thumping music...

how bz can i get? very very very bz... i only went for lunch at 2.15... thats how bz bz i can bee.. ok enough of that... i hate promotions... because there are lots of ppl... lots of lots of ppl... sigh.. i need a break... a holiday or something nice like that... cos i feel my body tiring down...
oh no... im dreaming of holidaes again... somewhere cold n cosy... :)
was supposed to go gym todae but ray not feeling well.. so cancel.. n my shoes are in the office... quite xianz.. cos got tests coming up again... and the promo thingy sucks all my energy out of me leaving me really tired... kinda wish there was more than 24 hrs in a day so i got more time for leisure... haha...
